India is one of the developing countries. More and more patent applications are being filed. The lecture will address to the patent prosecution and several pitfalls applicants may fall in the route. The general prosecution route
is illustrated.

2. Management of filing of Annual Working Statements, for the patented inventions in India.
3. Translated documents of other related patent applications.
4. Patentability of derivatives of pharmaceutical substances in India.

Second Half
Apple vs. Samsung in the world.
The lawsuits will be discussed in views of Japanese patent law, Indian patent law, and US patent law.
