Special Topics Peculiar to India Patent Prosecution --- Several Pitfalls in India Patent Practices ---- Fist Half India is one of the developing countries. More and more patent applications are being filed. The lecture will address to the patent prosecution and several pitfalls applicants may fall in the route.
